The additional protective coating increases resistance to moisture, oil, and mechanical abrasion. This ensures longer durability and higher print resistance. The hot melt adhesive used provides particularly strong initial adhesion of the labels and increases reliability in use. The changeover is seamless and requires no adjustments to your application.

For which printer models are 105 x 148 mm direct thermal labels suitable?

The labels can be printed with desktop printers using the direct thermal process. The prerequisite is that the respective label printer can process 1 inch / 25,4 mm roll cores.

Are the labels suitable for specific shipping service providers?

Do you need to use a ribbon for printing?

You do not need a ribbon to print on our direct thermal labels, as they are printed using direct thermal printing. During the process, the print head is pressed onto the labels. It generates heat, causing the direct thermal paper to turn black in the areas where it is heated.
