103 x 199 mm labels are printed using the direct thermal method in the desktop printer. The only requirement is that the respective label printer is able to process 1 inch (25.4 mm) roll cores.

3. Do I have to use a colour ribbon for printing?
You do not need an ink ribbon to print our shipping labels, as Thermo-Eco labels are printed using the direct thermal process. During the process, the print head is pressed onto the thermosensitive material and heated. The label turns black in the affected areas and a text or image is created.

Topcoated refers to an additional protective coating on the surface of the label material. This coating increases resistance to moisture, oil, and mechanical abrasion. It is an upgrade of the Thermo-Eco quality with improved durability and print resistance.
