Polyester labels with ExtremeAdhere were designed especially for difficult surfaces. The glossy silver polyester material (50µm) on 76.2 mm roll core is equipped with an extra-strength acrylic adhesive, giving the label extremely high shear and peel resistance. The high quality labels are durable and reliable and stay in place even on plastics with low surface energy, on powder coating and even on oily or greasy substrates!
The smooth material surface of the ExtremeAdhere labels allows for full-coverage color with precise imprints in thermal transfer print mode even i.e. for high density barcodes. For clear and excellent print results, we recommend the use of resin ribbons such as KURZ K500, KURZ K504, ARMOR AXR7+ or ARMOR AXR8.
