The rules and regulations of the German statutory accident insurance institutions (Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung (DGUV) have been harmonized into a new regulation as of May 1, 2014. Among other changes, the familiar abbreviation "BGV" has been replaced through appropriate DGUV regulations. Labelident offers inspection labels with the updated inscription "Geprüft von ... nach DGUV Vorschrift 3", which can be used in place of the soon outdated "Geprüft von ... nach BGV A3".
Inspection labels "Geprüft von ... nach DGUV Vorschrift 3" with year and month declarations in different colors are used for periodic inspections of machines, tools and electrical units.
